At timestamp 8:00 on the May 2024 #3 Update video or you can reference Atlantis' opening post English Transcript '4.3.1. Study notes: Appropriate' where Kindergarten Teacher GB Winder states the following:

"For example, there are clothes that are appropriate for when we go to the beach or on a picnic. And there are clothes that are appropriate for when we attend a wedding. And there are also clothes that are appropriate for when we go to worship at the Kingdom Hall or in the ministry."

I've been out in public...to the mall, pharmacy, doctors' appointments, grocery store, work , etc since reviewing Winder's above comments on what's appropriate & what's not appropriate dress. It's quite apparent that people in general know how to dress appropriately...I swear...I didn't see anyone wearing pajamas or beach swimwear at any of the places I've been to. I wasn't offended by anyone by what they were wearing! It seems to me that Jehovah’s Witnesses are the only ones that need to be reprimanded, educated & reminded continually on how to dress appropriately in public...I swear!

How does the Govering Body get enlightenment?

from the earliest of times of the catholic church's ecumenical councils were used to make major changes to its doctrinal direction.

decisions were made by bishops, they were ratified by the pope ... and it was done.

and the laity had to accepted them or not.. and while splinter catholic religions accepted most of these councils, non-trinitarian faiths which developed latter (of which jehovah's witnesses are apart) did not.

How Does The Governing Body Get Enlightenment?

To be clear it's not "Enlightenment" in the sense that the WT GB get guidance & direction from God Almighty, Holy Spirit, etc.

You can liken the WTBTS to many USA based man-made large corporations such as McDonald's Hamburger Inc, Jack In The Box, Kentucky Fried Chicken...even General Motors to be fair.

A corporation's business and affairs are managed by or under the direction of its board of directors. Although the board has the power to make all decisions on behalf of its corporation, many business decisions are actually made by the corporation's officers and or investors.

By way of summary: The WTBTS is run by a number of business-minded flunkies & knuckleheads!

The WTBTS aka Jehovah’s Witnesses flat out admit @ timestamp 1:00 that they are not Christ-Like when it comes to caring for those in need:

"The Church (Jehovah’s Witnesses) has long argued that it has never assumed for the care of children, young people or vulnerable adults...

This is because the Church (Jehovah’s Witnesses) did not have any residential facilities, nor did it operate in any other way that involved the systematic care of such people.

It (Jehovah’s Witnesses) also said there was no institutional structure, system, practice or policy by which individuals were taken into care."

What's the Worst Advice You Heard of an Elder Giving Someone?

i believe an an elder told someone who's daughter (14 yo) became sexually active with a 26 year old in the neighborhood, that maybe they should get married.

so, they did... with parental consent.

he turned out to be a ex-convict who shot his first wife in the face with a shotgun.

In order to make disfellowshipping more palatable & acceptable elders would & still do tell a disciplined JW that disfellowshiping and shunning are a loving arrangement. How sick is that!

the new class action lawsuit against the watchtower for having covered up child sexual abuse will begin in court on may 13-14-15, 2024 in the province of ontario, canada.

it is not the same as in the province of quebec because the laws aren't the same.

In the USA alone, the LDS have nearly 6.6 million members. Compare that to JWs who have a whopping (LOL ) 1.2 million USA members & dropping/falling! The only new converts are very young born-ins who can hardly be depended on for donations!

GB Helper Gary Breaux might not be aware of it, but he's talking about himself & the cult org he represents...he's cutting his own throat when he says the following @ timestamp 2:15 thru 3:20:

"It's of note that liars will often shroud or cover the lie in truth...A brief math fact is...
anything multiplied by zero ends up in zero...so no matter how many numbers are multiplied, if there's a zero that's multiplied in that equation it's going to end up in zero...the answer is always a zero...

Jehovah’s Witnesses/WTBTS have a long track record of shrouding or covering their lies in truth. Their exhaustive list of past, present & future clarifications, changes, new light and misinformation cancels out all truths printed in their literature!

In summary: Watchtower is the zero...Watchtower is a giant zero!

At timestamp 8:00 Gary B states something to the effect:

"Our Governing Body never lie or deceive us...we can have absolute trust in our Governing Body..."

In essence Gary B himself Is lying, implying that the G B never put out misinformation!
